1) Check you’re eligible to switch from Lebara Mobile
If you’re out of contract with Lebara Mobile, you're free to switch at any time and it won’t cost you anything.
We know it’s very easy to lose track of your contract end date, though. So if you’re not sure, it’s best to give Lebara Mobile's customer support a ring.
You can reach them on 5588 from your Lebara Mobile phone. Or on 020 3059 0304 from any other phone (standard network rates apply).
The Lebara Mobile customer support team are available 9am-5pm every day.
Rather not speak to anyone? You can also find out your contract end date by logging in to your Lebara Mobile account. Or by opening the Lebara Mobile app.
And if you’re interested in switching but want a bit more information first, text INFO to 85075.

2) Contact Lebara Mobile to cancel and get your PAC Code
All good things come to an end. To tell Lebara Mobile you’re ready to leave, just text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC code. It’s this short, alphanumeric code that will enable you to transfer your existing phone number to the network you want to join. You don't even need to make a phone call.
If you'd prefer to speak to somebody, just ring Lebara Mobile on one of the numbers in step 1 and ask for your PAC code.
Lebara Mobile is obliged to supply your PAC Code within two hours of your request.
What's critical to note is that PAC Codes expire 30 days after being issued. So if you haven’t used it within this timeframe, you’ll need to contact Lebara Mobile again to get a new one.

3) Find and buy a deal from EE
Ready to switch? Terrific news. The next item on your list is to pick a deal from EE and sign up for it.
EE will conduct credit checks, after which point you'll receive your new phone or SIM card in the post.

4) Contact EE to give them your PAC code
Got the PAC Code to hand? Okay, you now need to ring EE to give them your PAC. Call them on 07953 966 250 (standard network rates apply).
EE customer service opening hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm -
5) Unbox your new phone from EE
If you've ordered a new phone, use the pin-key in the box to unlock the handset's SIM tray. Then insert your new EE SIM card.
If you've gone for a SIM-only deal, all you need to do is put your new EE SIM in your existing phone.
Bear in mind that your phone number won’t transfer immediately. Until the number transfer is complete, you’ll be given a temporary number, so you can still use your phone as normal.

6) Wait for your number to be transferred to EE
The transfer should be complete the next working day. However, this can vary from network to network and sometimes depends on whether the day after you make your call is a working day or a weekend.
