The OnePlus 5T will be unveiled at a special event in Brooklyn on 16th November, it has been confirmed.
The updated version of the highly regarded OnePlus 5, which has been heavily trailed in recent weeks and has been the subject of a string of leaks.
Videos of the new device show a handset with a ream–mounted fingerprint scanner, plus a bezel–free, all-display front. The screen clocks in at a massive 6–inches, with an 18:9 aspect ratio, matching high–end devices from Samsung and LG.
Specs–wise, the device is virtually identical to the OnePlus 5, with 64GB and 128GB storage options, 6GB or 8GB of RAM and a 16-megapixel dual camera round the back.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has already confirmed that the OnePlus 5T will feature a 3.5mm headphone slot, but won’t offer wireless charging.
UK prices are said to start at £449 when bought SIM-free and off-contract.
