The OnePlus 5T will cost the same as the OnePlus 5, reports suggest, despite what's rumoured to be a significantly improved suite of features.
Leaked documents, seen by TechRadar, suggest the OnePlus 5T will cost £449 SIM–free, significantly less than the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and HTC U11. And less than half the price of the just released iPhone X.
OnePlus isn't set to unveil its next-generation phone until 16th November.
But a series of leaks and press statements have given tech-watchers a clear idea of what to expect ahead of the big reveal.
OnePlus’s CEO Pete Lau has already confirmed the phone will have a headphone slot, while his company’s own Twitter feed has intimated that the device will launch in New York.
Unofficial renders show a phone that apes the all–screen design of Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and Apple’s iPhone X.
The OnePlus 5T is also expected to have a rear mounted fingerprint scanner and run the latest Android Oreo software.
