The forthcoming OnePlus 6 could cost far more than previous models, if a new leak from China is to be believed.
What appears to be an internal document from the mobile maker suggests that the OnePlus 6 could cost $749, a jump from the entry level $499 price for the highly regarded OnePlus 5T in the US, or £449 in the UK.
There are caveats, however. The price is for a model featuring a massive 256GB storage and 8GB of RAM and is listed alongside inflated prices for rivals including the iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S9.
Both of the latter cost more in China than in Europe and the US.
It’s more likely that the OnePlus 6 listed is merely the top–end version of the forthcoming range.

OnePlus, therefore, should keep UK pricing at £449 for a 64GB phone and £499 for a 128GB phone, with this 256GB edition perhaps topping £500.
The OnePlus 6 is not expected to launch until midsummer, with the upstart mobile-maker said to be priming an all–screen design with an iPhone X–style notch, along with improved facial scanning smarts and updated camera.
