BT broadband deal draws to a close today
Posted 23rd August 2010 at 11:01am by Ewan Taylor-Gibson
Consumers have just a matter of hours to take advantage of BT's latest broadband deal, which is set to expire at midnight tonight.
New customers signing up for BT Total Broadband Option 1 and unlimited evening and weekend calls are able to pay just £6.99 for the first three months of their deal.
This represents a 50 per cent discount on the standard monthly price, offering something of a sweetener for consumers contemplating switching broadband.
BT's latest deal offers attractive 20Mb broadband speeds, a 10GB monthly usage allowance, and basic online security software.
A free BT Home Hub, which retails at £89.99 is also thrown in to boost the appeal of the promotion, which is to be withdrawn at the end of today (Monday August 23rd).
The offer applies to customers taking out an 18 month contract with the broadband provider, and line rental charge is excluded.
