BT Vision customers are now able to tune in to all the action on British Eurosport and British Eurosport 2, after a long-term deal was agreed with the broadcaster.

Sports fans will be able to watch major European and international events - including the French Open, Australian Open and US Open tennis, the Tour de France, World Snooker, the Africa Cup of Nations, MotoGP and winter sports.

BT Vision viewers will also be able to enjoy a range of sporting content on-demand through catch-up programming.

Marc Watson, Chief Executive of BT Vision, said Eurosport has been "a pioneer" in providing sports fans with the best in live sports action for the last 20 years.

"British Eurosport and British Eurosport 2 combine the best of Eurosport’s international sports coverage with a host of UK sports rights," he noted.

"We’re really pleased to be able to add them to our line-up following on from the Barclays Premier League broadcast rights that we have secured."

He claimed that BT Vision is becoming "the top value for money TV choice for sports fans" in the UK.
