Like most broadband providers, EE frequently offers vouchers to new customers to sweeten the deal. Here’s how you can claim them once you’ve signed up.
How to claim your Amazon voucher
1) Sign up for EE and wait to get connected to the EE network.
2) After the cooling off period — 14 days after you’re connect to the EE network — you’ll receive an e-mail explaining how to claim your voucher. It should direct you to a website where you can enter your order reference number to claim your gift. You must do this within 90 days (about three months) of receiving the claim e-mail.
3) Once you’ve passed the cooling off period and are still connected to the EE network, you should receive the voucher via e-mail within 90 days of passing your cooling off period.
I haven’t received by voucher from EE — what can I do?
