Small businesses signing up to Orange's £30 per month Solo tariff will be gifted a fixed-line broadband connection.

An unlimited 8Mb product - which is subject to a fair usage policy - is on offer to those subscribing to the 24-month phone deal, which includes 600 minutes of calls over a month-long period, as well as an endless supply of free texts.

Technical support and a free wireless router are both thrown in to the Free Broadband for Business package.

"The improvements in the quality of our broadband network mean we can now offer faster broadband for free to our small business customers, with all the support they need to get up and running," Martin Lyne, Orange's director of SME, told ISP Review.

"It's making broadband more affordable and accessible for small business customers," he added.

Those weighing up Orange's different home broadband offers are reminded that the alternative Home Start deal features a 10GB usage allowance.
