Applying for a credit card

Before you apply for your new card you’ll need to check you meet the minimum requirements. Most providers require you to confirm you’re aged above 18 years old and a UK citizen. If you’ve paid bills late, been turned down for a number of credit cards, or had any County Court Judgments, you may have damaged your credit rating. While this may limit the cards available, we can still find credit cards suitable for you.

It can take anything from a couple of minutes to a couple of days to receive a decision from the card provider. If you’ve been accepted, your new card will arrive in days.
