Tina Fey's new show will debut on Netflix next year, it has been confirmed.
'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' was set to air on NBC in the US, but Netflix has won the rights and will air the Greek-American comedian's first show since the award-winning '30 Rock'.
The series centres on a woman who starts her life over after escaping from a doomsday cult. Ellie Kemper takes the eponymous role.
It also stars Jane Krakowski and Titus Burgess from '30 Rock', as well as child star Tanner Flood and Dylan Gelula ('Jennifer Falls').
The show is the latest feather in Netflix's cap. The streaming service recently brought back a show from the dead, just as Amazon Prime Instant Video did with 'Ripper Street'.
'Longmire' was due to end after three series, but Netflix commissioned a fourth run.
The streaming service recently announced it will launch in Australia and New Zealand in March.
Here in Blighty, it's now available on YouView, though those with TalkTalk and Huawei set-top boxes will have to wait until the New Year, so they will miss out on some festive treats.
