Sky has launched its Sky Movies Oscars channel ahead of the 88th Academy Awards, which takes place on Sunday.

The channel will broadcast the ceremony live on Sunday night.

Sky Movies Oscars will run until March 6th, and takes the place of Sky Movies Greats in the EPG. As well as showing the Oscars ceremony, it's home to over 140 films, all of which have won an Oscar.

These include 'All The President's Men', 'American Beauty', 'Birdman', 'Goodfellas', 'Juno', 'Misery', 'Selma', 'Shrek', 'Sideways', 'The Usual Suspects' and 'Zorba the Greek'.

Most of these are available both live as broadcast and on-demand, though some will only be shown live, and others are only available on-demand. So if there's something you don't want to miss, make sure you check its availability.

Sky Movies Oscars is also available with a one-off fee thanks to a Now TV Pass. TalkTalk has also slashed the price of its Sky Movies Boost (which includes Sky Movies Oscars) from £15 a month down to just a fiver.
