oscars 2016

TalkTalk is dusting off its tux and getting ready for the Oscars, by slashing the price of some of its channels.

For starters, it's making entertainment channel E! completely free, so you can watch the stars arrive – and see who they're wearing – with E!'s 'Live From the Red Carpet' show.

You can also watch the 88th Academy Awards as they happen on the Sky Movies Oscars channel. It's available in the Sky Movies Boost, which TalkTalk has cut to just £5 (it usually costs £15 a month).

The offers apply from Friday 26th until Monday 29th of February.

Highlights from the ceremony will be shown on Sky Living at 10pm on February 29th (a week tonight). That channel comes as standard as part of TalkTalk's Plus TV package, or you can add it as part of the Entertainment Boost.

Want to catch up on some of the hopefuls? TalkTalk has also put together an Award Season collection of films to rent and own. This includes films like 'The Martian', 'Inside Out' and 'Mad Max: Fury Road', joined by winners from years gone by like 'Dallas Buyers Club' and '12 Years a Slave'.

The Award Season collection can be found in the TalkTalk TV Store or in the Rent and Own section of the TalkTalk TV Player. All new releases are now just £3.45 to rent.
