Hit tech satire 'Silicon valley' is coming back to screens in April. And HBO has just released the first trailer.

This series sees Richard Hendricks (Thomas Middlemitch) suffering under the stress of success – his Pied Piper video chatting app has proved a runaway hit, but in Silicon Valley, that can actually prove more trying than failure.

"I need to do something else," Hendricks says in the trailer. Such as? "We could build a new internet."

Good luck with that.

silicon valley series 4 trailer

Poor old Richard has been through the ringer since coming up with a new compression algorithm. The show has charted his ups and downs of doing business in the valley, but his screaming fit in the trailer looks like a new low.

The show has proved a hit with critics for skewering Silicon Valley culture. It returns to HBO on 23rd April. Sky has yet to make an announcement regarding it, but it usually airs on Sky Atlantic the day after its US broadcast.
