Series seven of ‘Game of Thrones’ may have only just finished, but it still has more to offer fans. HBO has released a behind-the-scenes series for the penultimate season of the fantasy epic.

‘Game Revealed’ consists of seven episodes, and provides an insider’s look at how the episodes are put together.

It will usually air on HBO – at time of writing, it wasn’t available on Sky Atlantic, which is the UK home of ‘Game of Thrones’. We’ve asked Sky for more info. But the first episode is available to watch on YouTube. Here it is.

It includes some of the same footage as the behind-the-scenes content HBO airs after each episode. But it runs far longer – this first episode is almost 14 minutes, while the usual behind-the-scenes content is barely five minutes.

Hopefully it’ll be some consolation to fans who face around a year’s wait until the final series airs.

The final episode of series seven was the most-watched ever, notching up 12.1 million viewers watching live. Add in streaming viewers, and that figure rises to 16.5 million. And that’s only in the US, so imagine what the final figure will be worldwide.
