dave gorman modern life is goodish series 5

'Dave Gorman Modern Life is Goodish' is coming back for a fifth series.

The show sees Gorman cast an eye over modern life, combining elements of stand-up comedy, visual storytelling and real-world experimentation. In eight episodes, Gorman will scrutinise the absurdities and contradictions that imbue the minutiae of everyday life.

Series five sees Gorman take to fatherhood in his usual spirit, play tricks with singing toys, interrogate children's TV characters, and mess with modern Monopoly. He will also continue to read reader comments on the internet, and combine them for the Found Poem.

Dave – the channel, not the presenter – has recently commissioned series five of 'TaskMaster', 'Red Dwarf XII' and a second series of 'Zapped'.

Series five of 'Dave Gorman Modern Life is Goodish' starts on Tuesday 31st October at 10pm on Dave. Series one to four are available to watch now on UKTV Play.
