sky store

Sky Store's Buy & Keep service now has a cheaper option. The service lets you download a film to your Sky set-top box while also receiving a DVD or Blu-ray copy in the post. But as a sign of the times, Sky is now offering the digital-only copy for less money.

The digital copy comes in HD resolution, and costs £9.99. If you'd like to add the DVD as well, the whole package will cost you £13.99, or £16.99 for the digital and Blu-ray versions.

You can access the Sky Store through your Sky+ or Sky Q box, online through a web browser, via the mobile app or through a Now TV box.

It's the latest in a string of updates for the Sky Q service. Other recent improvements include the addition of voice controls, and a Sky VIP rewards system designed to reward loyal customers – the longer you stay with Sky, the better the reward you get.

The broadcaster also recently announced the Soundbox, its first home theatre speaker system.
