lost in space full trailer

We've seen a teaser trailer already, but now Netflix has released the first full-length trailer for its long-awaited reboot of 'Lost in Space'.

The return of the 1960s sci-fi show has been touted for years now, so fans will undoubtedly lap up the first proper look at it.

Here it is.

Clocking in at nearly three minutes long, the trailer gives a look at how the Robinson family became stranded in the first place, and some of the strange creatures they'll encounter.

It looks like there will be plenty of action too, with spaceships being dragged away and lots of jeopardy. Expect set pieces aplenty.

So what's changed from the original? The tone is a little darker and more grown-up, though still family friendly. The robot also has alien origins and there's a suggestion that it might be dangerous, rather than being a mere helper as before.

The series airs on 13th April.
