Three has cut the cost of owning the latest Apple smartphone on the One Plan.
From today, the monthly outlay for the 16GB edition of the iPhone 4S on its all-you-can-eat data tariff has been trimmed by £2 to £34 per month.
The upfront free has also been reduced from £69 to £49, spelling total savings of £68 over the contract’s two-year term.
As well as unfettered mobile internet use, monthly allowances on the One Plan are 2,000 any-network minutes, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes and 5,000 texts per month.
The fifth-generation Apple handset teams a 3.5-inch super high-density retina display with a brawny A5 dual-core processor and so-called digital voice assistant Siri that lets you conduct searches and interact with your handset using solely your voice.
It’s also home to an eight megapixel camera with face detection technology, 1080 HD video recording, the BlackBerry Messenger-style iMessage app and HSPA+ support for mobile web speeds of up to 21.2Mbps.
