Three news

3 has been named the UK's top mobile broadband provider in a new customer satisfaction study.

The internet service provider outperformed rivals Vodafone, Orange, O2 and T-Mobile in the YouGov survey, coming top in ten of the 12 categories analysed.

Researchers looked into consumer views on issues such as connectivity, reliability, download speeds, ease of use, billing and customer services.

3's Director of Mobile Broadband Joe Parker, said it was "great" that customers had rated the firm the number one mobile broadband provider in the UK.

He added: "It is a customer endorsement of the massive investment we have been put into our network over the past two years and the speed at which this programme is developing.

"The network continues to grow in reach, speed and capacity."

3 claims to have the largest 3G network in the country, allowing consumers across the country to access the internet on the move using a dongle.
