Consumers taking out a mobile broadband and laptop deal with 3 can now sign up for a Dell Inspiron Duo.

The internet service provider (ISP) revealed last month that the dual-functioning computer – which operates as both a laptop and tablet – would be added to its product range this month.

And as of today (Friday February 11th), consumers can get their hands on the innovative device, which switches between the two computer modes using a flip-hinge.

According to 3, the Inspiron Duo offers a range of functions, allowing users to access the internet, word process, watch films, listen to music, play games, read books and view photos, plus much more.

The laptop uses an Intel Atom N550 Dual Core processor and Windows 7 Premium operating system, offering 2GB of memory and a 320GB hard drive.

3 broadband deal subscribers can access the Dell Inspiron Duo – which comes with a 10.1" HD Tablet Hybrid touch screen - for a £49.99 up-front fee when taking out a 5GB mobile broadband deal.

The dongle and laptop package is priced at £41.52 per month over the course of an 18-month contract, with the USB Modem included for free.
