Competition Terms and Conditions:

Twitter competition - 2 x £50 Amazon Gift Certificates:

The competition will run from 19/04/2012 to 23/04/2012 on Twitter.
Closing date for entries is 3pm 23/04/2012.
Entry to the competition is free. No purchase necessary.
To enter the competition, entrants must follow uSwitchTech on Twitter and re-tweet @uswitchtech's competition message or carry out a broadband speed test on uSwitch.com and tweet their results while the competition is running.
The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of uSwitch.com, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including the third-party promotional partners.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific Competition, e.g. a valid passport, visas and/or drivers licence will be required if the Competition prize includes travel outside the United Kingdom and/or car hire.
There will be 2 prize draws for 2 prizes. However, if it appears entrants have submitted more than one entry for each prize (more than one RT and one speed test), then only one entry will be valid. Winners will also be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual.
The winners will be formally notified by a direct message on Twitter within 3 working days of the draw date. The winner has 3 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise uSwitch reserves the right to redraw the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, uSwitch reserves the right to draw another winner from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.
The prizes will be announced at the end of the competition. There will be two winners and two prizes.
The prizes will be distributed to the winner by uSwitch.com via email.
uSwitch will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition.
Completion and submission of a valid competition entry will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
uSwitch reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, a competition is not able to be conducted as specified. uSwitch reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
The Promoter of the competition is uSwitch Communications Ltd.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
