Leak backs up previous claims about camera, as well as colour options.
A new video showing the official S View cases for Samsung’s forthcoming Galaxy S9 and S9+ having given the clearest indication yet of how the Korean company’s new phones will look when they’re revealed later this month at Mobile World Congress (MWC).
In the market for more Samsung Galaxy S9 news? Here's everything we know so far.
The clip depicts cases for both of Samsung’s new phones. The S9’s housing comes with a smaller cutout for a single lens camera, as well as space for the heart rate scanner and flash.
The S9+ case features a larger opening on the back, which appears to confirm that it will come with a dual lens camera, a first for Samsung’s Galaxy S range.
The purple and black covers hint at new colour options from Samsung, too.
And with official Galaxy S9 branding, plus 25th February, the date of Samsung’s Unpacked event in Barcelona seen on the case’s lock screen, there’s little doubting these are the real deal.
Both the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are set to feature similar designs to last year’s models, with improved facial recognition and Android Oreo pre–installed.
