The BT Tower, London

BT and Top 10 Broadband have teamed up to offer a free case of wine worth £50 to all consumers who sign up online for selected BT home broadband packages.

Under the terms of the exclusive offer, all new customers who sign up for BT’s Option 1,2 or 3 packages for a minimum of 12 months will get a free voucher to spend at Naked Wines. This can be spent either on a specially selected BT Broadband case of free wine or any vintages on sale through Naked Wines.

To quality for the deal, customers must visit Top 10 Broadband’s dedicated BT page and subscribe to one of the deals. Once the purchase is complete, they will then need to email BT their broadband order ID, name and home address to summer.offer@bt.com.

BT’s home broadband packages are tailored to suit a range of different consumers. Option 1, which is regarded as an entry-level deal, offers a monthly download limit of £10GB. This is priced £7.78 for the first three months and at £15.65 thereafter.

Option 2 is for heavier users. Priced at £13.69 for the initial three month period and at £20.65 thereafter, this entitles subscribers to monthly usage of 20GB.

Finally, Option 3 is tailored more towards people who download frequently or who consume much of their entertainment online. This offers unlimited usage, thus allowing buyers to download movies and music freely without worrying about exceeding their limit.

All three options feature an impressively fast broadband connection of up to 8Mb. Option 1 also includes a basic security package, while Options 2 and 3 both offer an advanced security service from market leaders McAfee.

Jessica McArdle, marketing manager at Top 10 Broadband, said: "It's always great to be able to give people something for nothing especially when it's quality wine. We're delighted to partner with BT and Naked Wines on this great value promotion.

“With bad economic news mounting daily everyone should make time to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine. And with great savings on offer too in the form of three-month cut price periods, this is a deal that’s tailor-made for beating the credit crunch.”

Top 10 Broadband is the UK’s largest broadband comparison site and offers a series of innovative tools and broadband speed tests to enable consumers to make informed decisions.
