BT has relaunched its new Broadband Life service as it aims to demonstrate the benefits of internet access to home and family life.
The enhanced service is designed to offer information and advice on the broadband provider's products, and how to get the most out of them in the digital age.
BT claims to be changing the way it communicates with its customers, using voice, graphical language and lifestyle imagery to demonstrate how its broadband and other services can be best used.
Commenting on the new service, Sam Calvert, head of online acquisition and retention for BT, said that by relaunching Broadband Life using a more emotional, home-based lifestyle approach, the firm was taking "a huge step" towards achieving its overall growth strategy.
She added that BT.com was designed to provide a place where existing customers can understand, get help with and get more from their BT products.
Earlier this month, the Openreach division of broadband provider BT launched a new microsite featuring advice on fibre-optic services.
