An offer from BT, which includes fast broadband for £6.99 per month for the first three months then £13.99 a month after that, is set to end in less than two weeks.

This offer ends on August 23rd and is available to new BT Total Broadband customers who sign up with the company for 18 months.

They will benefit from up to 20MB download speeds, 10GB monthly usage and a basic online security service.

Customers will also be given a wireless BT Home Hub, which is worth £89.99.

In terms of the phone service included in their broadband package, they will receive unlimited UK evening and weekend calls, which includes those to numbers beginning with 0845 and 0870.

Free customer support is also available, as is a discounted £50 connection charge for any new lines that are added by the same customer.

BT recently announced that it had connected almost 4,000 homes in Fife to its fibre optic broadband service.
