BT Sport is to air three games from the FA Cup with Budweiser third round, with a trio of Barclays Premier League big-hitters in action.

Blackburn Rovers v Manchester City gets the action underway at 12pm on Saturday 4th January, with Manuel Pellegrini taking his side to Ewood Park.

Championship mid-table side Blackburn have struggled in recent times, receiving more attention for activities off the field than on it.

A good cup run could just reignite the Lancashire club's league fortunes, but City have shown in recent weeks they are very much a force to be reckoned with.

The following day (Sunday January 5th), BT Sport viewers have two more FA Cup games to look forward to, starting with Derby County v Chelsea at the iPro Stadium (kick-off 1:30pm).

This tie looks like a potential banana skin for José Mourinho's men, with Steve McClaren's side flying high near the top of the Championship.

Derby can no longer call upon a muddy Baseball Ground pitch to unsettle the visiting side, but they do have sufficient attacking quality to put Chelsea under pressure.

The Londoners have won four out of the last seven FA Cups since the final returned to Wembley in 2006-07, and will be looking to continue their fine form in this famous old competition.

Last but by no means least, BT Sport viewers can look forward to an all Barclays Premier League clash between Manchester United and Swansea City at 4:15pm.

With David Moyes' side struggling to put a run of form together, Swansea will fancy their chances of taking the game to the Red Devils at Old Trafford.

Michael Laudrup's men got their hands on the Capital One Cup - aka the League Cup - last season, but will be looking to go one better in 2013-14 in the FA Cup.

The Swans have never gone beyond the semi-final stage, but not for many years have the Welshmen had such an array of talent to call upon.

Each of the televised third round ties has the potential to be a classic, and UK viewers can enjoy all the action live on BT Sport 1.
