Commenting on the launch of the Nokia Lumia 930, 630 and 635, Rob Kerr**, mobiles expert at [Uswitch.com](/mobiles/),** says: “Just as the Samsung Galaxy S5 plucks the best bits from other flagship mobiles, Nokia’s top tier Lumia 930 again suggests mimicry is the best form of flattery.

“With its Siri-like voice-activated personal assistant Cortana, Swype-esque word flow keyboard and drop-down action centre, similar to Apple iOS 7, software and hardware features feel familiar.

“That it has adopted a 5-inch screen is another nod to its rivals – a size now used by all the key handset makers, with the Finnish firm being last to the table.

“And this monolithic slab of a phone is brightened up with funkier colourways – this time green and orange.

“Missing is that outstanding camera, but the 20-megapixel snapper of the Nokia 1520 phablet suits this form factor more. Capturing great shots won’t be a problem, judging by past performance.

“Its more than pocketable size matches the width of the famous 41-megapixel Nokia Lumia 1020 camera phone, despite having a larger, clear and stunning display.

“Nokia’s covering all bases with the dynamic duo of the 630 and 635, catering to the entry-level consumer with follow-ups to its hugely successful 520.

“The budget 630 is equal parts iterative and innovative, and not a far cry from the 520, Nokia’s bestselling device, which suggests it has the potential to be the manufacturer’s biggest hit yet.

“The 4G Lumia 635 also fills in a gap left by the 520, and its SensorCore features are geared up for the health conscious among us – plus an expected cost of around £130.”
