Vodafone has trimmed the price of the HTC One X, as Samsung prepares to drop the year’s most anticipated Android phone in the form of the Galaxy S3.
Until May 14th, the network is offering the One X free when customers sign up for a 24-month contract at £36 per month.
That’s £5 less than Voda’s previous cheapest monthly price point – or, hello maths fans, a saving of £120 over the course of the contract term.
Allowances for your outlay are 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1MB of data per month. Oh, and you get 2GB of BT Openzone Wi-Fi access too.
HTC’s flagship phone for 2012 is also its most powerful ever, thanks to a 1.5GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor that heads up a spec sheet that also takes in a 4.7-inch HD screen and an eight-megapixel camera.
Also on board is Beats by Dre audio technology, NFC support and a free 25GB allowance on Dropbox to allow users to store files and whathaveyou remotely.
