Three has slashed its pay monthly tariffs for the HTC Windows Phone 8X, offering the handset at reduced cost as part of a limited time offer.
The numerical network is currently selling the 8X for £23 a month on the Ultimate Internet 500 tariff (previously £30) and for £26 per month on The One Plan (previously £34).
Three has also dropped the £29 upfront fee for the handset itself, making it free on both 24-month deals to sweeten their appeal even further.
Allowances-wise, the Ultimate Internet 500 gets you 500 any network minutes, 5,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data.
The One Plan also comes with 5,000 texts and unlimited mobile internet, but ups the ante with 2,000 minutes and 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes.
The HTC 8X is powered by the latest Windows Phone 8 operating system from Microsoft that features a neat Live Tiles interface to always keep you in the loop with the people and information important to you.
At the front of the handset you’ll find a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 display, while at the back sits an eight-megapixel autofocus shooter with LED flash and full HD video recording.
Keeping things ticking over is a dual core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor with 1GB of RAM and an Adreno 225 graphics processor.
Also on board is a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera that also offers 1080p recording, 16GB of storage, HSPA+ support for fast web browsing and sonic credentials courtesy of Beats by Dr Dre.
Three’s offer is subject to stock availability, which we are told is running out fast. So if you are looking to pick up the HTC 8X, we advise that you move fast.
