HTC’s One Max has been spotted online once again. But this time it’s a leak of an official press shot rather than the blurry renderings we’ve been used to seeing over the past few weeks.
The super-sized phablet looks the part, rocking the same aluminium frame as the HTC One and HTC One Mini, with a slightly shifted camera flash round the back.
Obviously, the snap doesn’t show off any of the internal specs. But these are said to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, HTC’s much-vaunted Ultrapixel camera tech and the latest version of Google Android.
The HTC One Max is expected to make its official appearance at [next month’s IFA tech show in Berlin.
Whether it can save the ailing Taiwanese mobile maker as Apple and Samsung ready new handsets at the same time, remains to be seen.
