Sky customers can see the movie adaptation of Life of Pi in 3D for free, as part of a time-limited ticket giveaway.

Under the terms of the Sky Rewards promo, subscribers can catch Ang Lee’s take on the Booker Prize-winning novel for free from December 11th. That’s over a week before its official opening date of December 20th.

The offer applies to all existing Sky TV customer with a Sky iD who also subscribe to Sky Movies.

Adapted from Yann Martell’s book of 2001, the film tells the story of a young boy stranded at sea on a small boat with only a ferocious Bengal tiger for company.

December’s Sky Rewards promotions also include ticket giveaways for Seven Psychopaths and Safety Not Guaranteed, as well as the £3 Movie Mondays offer at O2 Cineworld in London and the chance to win tickets to The Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.
