Now Broadband has launched its fixed wireless internet service for the benefit of homes and businesses in Reading and Southwark, London.
The fibre through the air 4G service will offer super-fast broadband speeds to users seeking greater flexibility with their connection.
Consumers are able to sign up for wireless broadband from £21.50 per month, with free set-up and a free Huawei nowBox included.
Nicholas James, Chief Executive of Now Broadband, said the firm is "really excited" to offer residents and businesses "a unique opportunity" to enjoy 4G speeds using its wireless networks.
"Our services offer a truly flexible, hassle-free alternative to fixed-line broadband services – whether it’s at home, work or a customer Wi-Fi solution," he stated.
"In terms of business benefits, this service can be either the primary super-fast internet connection or provide the secondary or resilient connection to ensure that local businesses and organisations are connected at all times."
Mr James said constant connectivity is "now an essential requirement" in today's business and increasingly cloud-based world.
It can be extremely damaging if a company loses its internet service, he claimed.
"Wireless broadband provides a low-cost, reliable second connection as well as providing significant additional internet capacity to the business," Mr James stated.
