A leading technology site has named the best mobile phones currently available for video recording.
Winner of the accolade of Editor’s Choice from PC Mag was the Nokia N82, which “shoots 640-by-480-pixel videos that can be up to an hour long at a super-smooth 28 fps” and was deemed to offer the best quality video recording around.
Other cameraphones to make the shortlist included the hugely popular Nokia N95 8GB and the Samsung Omnia.
Finally, rounding off the list were the Samsung Memoir SGH-T929 and the LG Dare VX9700, which was rebranded as the LG Prada KE850 for the European market.
Released in 2007, the Nokia N82 has proved to be one of Nokia’s best-selling mobile phones.
In addition to its video capture capabilities, it is also equipped with a five megapixel camera for still images, autofocus, 6x digital zoom, Carl Zeiss Optics, Tessar lens and Xenon flash.
