The iPad Mini will hit stores in just over two weeks, reports suggest.
Apple is expected to unveil its bijou tablet on October 23rd, after announcing a mystery press event for that date earlier this week.
However, anyone eyeing the slate will have to wait some time to get their hands on it, according to a source at a retailer cited by Geeky Gadgets.
The site’s anonymous insider claims that the device is not scheduled to go on sale in the UK until November 2nd. That’s 10 days after it makes its debut.
Pre-orders will begin from 26th of October, it’s claimed. But in keeping with Apple’s designated iPad Mini street-date, these will not be despatched until November 2nd.
Details – albeit putative ones - of the iPad Mini’s availability follow a series of leaks about the tablet’s spec sheet.
Assuming we can afford these any sort of credence, the slate will likely pack a 7.85-inch screen, a dual core processor and the smaller dock connector that featured on the iPhone 5.
