Amazon has announced that this year’s Prime Day will take place on Tuesday 11th July. The one-day sale will give all customers who are signed up to Amazon Prime subscription service the chance to get some Black Friday-style bargains on some of the site’s best products.
Unlike previous years, this year’s Prime Day will actually last 30 hours rather than the traditional 24.
So, it’ll start at 6pm on Monday 10th July and run until midnight on Tuesday 11th. Which will give you plenty of time to get your hands on the best bargains.
If you're not signed up to Prime already, the good news is that you can get a free 30-day trial. That means you won't have to pay anything extra to be able to access deals normally reserved for Prime subscribers.

Amazon Music Unlimited
If you haven’t already tried Amazon Music Unlimited, now's the perfect time to do it.
Prime customers who haven’t signed up for Amazon’s music streaming service can get a four-month subscription to Amazon’s full catalogue of 40 million songs for just 99p. Yep, you read that right. Less than £1.
Amazon’s deluxe take on everyone’s favourite e-reader features a higher-resolution, crisper screen that ‘reads even more like the printed page’, as well as an adaptive front light that adjusts to brightness. And you can turn the page without lifting a finger too.
Keep adding skills to the Amazon Echo to help you get the most out of it. Whether you want to order your favourite takeaway from Just Eat, request a ride from Uber or check the train times, all you need to do is ask Alexa.
