The latest, 4G-capable addition to the HTC’s One range of smartphones is now available on EE, after the UK’s sole 4G network added the kit to its line-up.
The One SV is up for grabs for free on EE from £36 per month over a two-year contract. That gets you 500Mb of data per month, with the option to add an additional 500Mb for £41 per month.
Debuted at the tail end of last year, the handset's undoubted crowning jewel is LTE connectivity to enable you to surf the web at speeds up to five times average 3G speeds – in theory at least – via EE’s network.
A 4.3-inch, 480x800-pixel display is on board too, as is a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of internal storage, a five-megapixel camera and a secondary 1.6-megapixel snapper for video calls.
Powered by Android 4.04 Jelly Bean out of the box, the SV also joins the One XL and One V in incorporating Beats by Dre technology, as HTC bids to differentiate its kits from its rivals with superior audio smarts.
