Nokia is plotting a new entry-level Asha handset, with newly snagged pics showing the cheap device in all its glory. The phone is set to be released at Nokia World, which takes place in Abu Dhabi on October 22nd.
While exact specs remain unclear, the phone will come in a slew of colours, including black, blue, green, white, red and yellow. Twitter and Facebook appear to come ready loaded and the camera will have an LED flash.
The Asha range has been one of Nokia’s few success stories in recent years. The budget Asha 501 sold for just $99, making it massively popular in emerging markets, where demand for smartphones is surging.
Nokia is also believed to be launching a new Windows Phone-packing 6-inch phablet and Windows 8 tablet at its Abu Dhabi gathering.
