LG’s much rumoured G4 2015 flagship smartphone looks set to launch late next month, after the Korean company sent out invites for a series of special events it’s holding on April 28th.
While the device is not mentioned by name, the ‘see the great, feel the great’ blurb, with the letter 'g' highlighted, leaves little to the imagination.
Leaked specs have been few and far between, although speculation suggests it’ll come packing a six–core Snapdragon processor alongside a 16-megapixel camera and a 2K screen.
LG’s events will take place in London, Paris and New York, with the phone expected to hit shelves not long after.
Last year’s G3 proved to be both a critical and commercial hit and mounting a strong challenge to devices from Samsung and HTC.
LG saw its smartphone sales jump by 25% in 2014, largely thanks to the G3.
It’ll be hoping that the G4 can help it consolidate its position as one of the tech world’s foremost mobile-makers.
