A new report claims that Apple’s much-hyped iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S will be available to buy September 20th.
Nikkei in Japan says that’s the date that local networks KDDI and Softbank will start stocking the device.
Seeing as Apple launched the iPhone 5 on the same date globally, including in Japan, it seems safe to say that the UK and US will be getting a taste of the new handsets on the same day.
If true, the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C release will come just ten days after the special launch event tipped to happen on September 10th.
The iPhone 5S is expected to look much the same as the iPhone 5, with improved internal specs and talk of a golden version.
The iPhone 5C, Apple’s plastic budget device, is believed to come in a number of colours, with some suggesting its version of iOS 7 may not offer certain functionality, such as Siri.
