Samsung has revealed a new version of its Galaxy S7 smartphone, as it looks to reinvigorate its older smartphone following the cancellation of the Galaxy Note 7.
The Korean company’s freshly announced blue coral Galaxy S7 comes with a gold trim and shimmers in the light, something Samsung is somewhat optimistically claiming is ‘calming and sophisticated’.
Samsung has fallen back on promoting the S7, which was launched back in February, after problems with exploding batteries forced it to cancel the much newer Galaxy Note 7.
Earlier this week, the company's head of mobile revealed it is working on plans to make its next-generation Galaxy S8 ‘slicker’, with a new camera and talk of a game–changing optical fingerprint scanner.
