Lady GaGa themed LG phone surfaces

LG and Lady GaGa have teamed up for a slider mobile phone themed around the sexual libertine pop phenomenon.

LG's GB280 comes with plenty of Gaga-related content, including exclusive wallpapers and MP3s of Bad Romance and post-modern pop masterpiece Paparazzi.

The phone itself is aimed squarely at the mainstream, with a two megapixel camera and a standard numeric keypad being chosen over anything more complex and expensive.

The GB280 also sports an FM tuner and Bluetooth for wireless file transfers, while EDGE connectivity means that users will be able to enjoy some sub-3G web browsing.

Fans of Lady Gaga could well be attracted by the LG GB280, but it's fair to say that the somewhat drab design doesn't really live up to the outlandish costumes for which the singer is famed.

    Ew, what is this phone? Sure it would have been great if it was like 2005. LG: get a life and stop trying to pass this awful thing off as amazing by using GaGa!

    A proper GaGa phone would be one of those Nokia Vertu ones - festooned with diamonds, but with a quirky design. Should also have an original ringtone written by her and all the videos pre-loaded. I'd buy that in like two seconds.
