In a recent poll of 1,500 consumers, it was discovered that 82 per cent own mobiles. Of these, just over half use their handset’s alarm function to get them up in time for work of a morning.
And that’s not all. The study also showed that one in five of the sample used their mobiles for web browsing, taking photos, surfing the web and organising their working week.
