Nokia has announced the re-launch of the Comes With Music scheme as Ovi Music Unlimited, as the company continues to converge its services under the Ovi brand.
Users of the Comes With Music service may already have received an email notifying them of the significant alterations that are under way.
In addition to rebranding, Nokia is going to give users access to an entirely new interface, in addition to making under-the-skin improvements which will streamline the download process.
Comes With Music was a subscription service which gave customers the ability to download an unlimited number of music tracks from a library of over 11 million.
Nokia has not stated when the official switch-over will occur and the email to users was relatively sparse on detail, but it looks as though it will not be long before Ovi Music Unlimited is unveiled for public use.
Various rumours are circulating as to the other new features that Nokia may choose to add to Ovi Music Unlimited, with some suggesting that it will end DRM on downloaded tracks or add additional support for a wider selection of portable media devices and mobiles.
