Samsung has unveiled an Iron Man-branded version of its in–demand Galaxy S6 Edge, marking the return of novelty, themed handsets that were thought to have disappeared from the handset market altogether.
The special version of the Galaxy S6 Edge features a red and gold finish, as well as Iron Man graphics and wallpapers, in a bid to attract tech fans with a weakness for Marvel comics.
The curved design of the original S6 is still one of the most striking aspects of the device. But we're also impressed with the ‘arc reactor’ wireless charger and clear cover that means everyone can see your new handset.
Other than these cosmetic changes, everything else remains the same inside.
There’s 64GB of storage, a 16-megapixel camera, a 5.1–inch super AMOLED screen, 4K video recording and 4G speeds.
There is one snag, however. This limited-edition mobile is only up for grabs in South Korea right now.
It’s also due to launch in China and Hong Kong, however. So if you’re really desperate, it might be worth scouring the web for resales or going the whole hog and flying out to snare yourself one.
