Of course not every app has a Windows version. For those that don't, AppComparison will show you the next best thing.
Microsoft had a similar app for its previous version of its Windows Phone OS, called Switch to Windows Phone.
According to Engadget, however, it's not perfect. Search for the Sonos controller app, and it won't return any results, even though Phonos has been around for years. You may also quibble with some of the suggestions. CF: UC Browser instead of Google's Chrome? Really?
Microsoft's two latest Lumia phones are now up for pre-order. The Lumia 950 and 950 XL are the launch phones for Windows 10 Mobile, and will start shipping by December 3rd.
The 950 boasts 5.2-inch WQHD screen and Snapdragon 808 processor, while the flagship 950 XL has a 5.7-inch AMOLED display and Snapdragon 810 processor. Both have 20-megapixel cameras with Carl Zeiss optics and a monster 3GB of RAM.
