Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy S7 are available to pre-order now at a range of carriers and retailers, with incentives and freebies up for grabs for early birds.
Vodafone is giving a free Samsung Gear VR bundle (worth £80) for all customers who order the handset on a Vodafone Red or Red Value bundle.
Perhaps the pick of these is the 10GB Red Bundle, which is £44 per month for the standard S7 and £50 for the S7 Edge. Both feature a one-off charge of £29 and get you unlimited texts and data.
A VR headset is also on offer for ‘the first’ pre-order customers at Carphone Warehouse, where, of course, you can pick from a range of networks.
Three isn’t apparently offering a free VR headset at all, irrespective of when you place your order. But you do get some attractive-looking tariffs that go some way to compensating for that.
Three's entry-level S7 deal is £35 per month and £99 upfront and gets you 1GB of data per month and unlimited texts and calls.
Want the Galaxy S7 Edge? Three's cheapest deal for that is £41 per month, plus £99 upfront, which also buys you 1GB of data per month and all-you-can-eat texts and minutes.
O2 is touting the Galaxy S7 from £37.50 per month, plus just shy of £110 upfront for 1GB of data and unlimited texts and minutes.
Our pick of O2's S7 Edge deals is £42.50 per month and £69.99 upfront, with monthly allowances of 1GB of data and unlimited texts and minutes.
And completing the picture is EE. It's offering the phone from £44.99 per month, plus £49.99 upfront, with 4GB of data per month.
You can pick up the Edge on EE for the same £44.99 per month charge, but with a one-off fee of £99.99 for the phone and reduced data allowance of 2GB per month.
All networks and retailers we've heard from so far have pledged that orders placed in advance will be despatched to customers on March 7th. That's three days before the S7 officially goes on sale.
