Google has finally brought a unified inbox to Gmail for iOS. The feature, which has long been a staple on Android, means you can see all your email accounts in one place.
Previously, you could access different accounts within the Gmail app, but had to toggle between them.
With this change, you just need to hit the new ‘All Inboxes’ tab at the top of the drop down menu to see all your messages, no matter which account they’ve been sent to.
Users of Gmail on iPhone and iPad have long complained about this missing function, with those who operate multiple business and personal accounts most affected.
The feature is rolling out to all Gmail users over the next 15 days. To ensure you get it, make sure you update your iPhone or iPad apps as soon as possible.
