Moto G7 Power set to feature massive battery

The forthcoming Motorola Moto G7 Power looks set to feature a massive 5,000 mAh battery, according to newly discovered regulatory filings.

Motorola owner Lenovo has delivered details of its new device to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US, revealing key details about the device.

The battery would be larger than the 4,000 mAh effort found in this year’s Moto G6 Play and could potentially last more than two days on a single charge.

The Moto G7 Power looks set to be the fourth device in the G7 range, after Lenovo filed plans for a standard G7, G7 Play and G7 Plus with the FCC.

Rumours point towards the Moto G7 Power coming with a single 12-megapixel camera Around the back, a front–facing eight megapixel snapper, a Qualcomm chipset and a slimline 7.6mm design.

Lenovo is expected to launch the new G7 lineup in early 2019, possibly at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February.
