O2 has trimmed £60 off the price of one of its leading Simplicity SIM only tariffs. But you’ll need to be quick to nab it.

Under the terms of the offer, customers can get monthly allowances of unlimited minutes and texts and 1GB of 4G data for 12 months for £16 per month. That’s £5 less per month than the standard price, which is paid back to customers as credit on their bill each month.

Free Wi-Fi via O2’s network of 8,000 hotspots is also included. And you get use of O2 Tracks, which allows you to get the Top 40 on your phone and means you can access swappable playlists, music news and album tracks.

As with all O2 contracts, membership of its Priority scheme is inclusive, too. This entitles you to priority booking for events at O2-affiliated venues and money-off at Odeon cinemas and Caffe Nero.

The catch? Aye, there’s always a rub, isn't there? In this case, it’s that the discounted deal ends tomorrow (February 27th). So if you want to be more dog, you’ll need to gather your team of huskies and get right on it.
