UK consumers have just one week left to take advantage of BT's latest attractive broadband deal.

Up until June 30th, the internet service provider (ISP) is offering three months free on its BT Total Broadband and Unlimited UK calls package.

The telecoms giant says this promotion allows new subscribers to make a £89.97 saving on their initial bills.

This is because, as well as the prospect of no broadband payments until the fourth month of the contract, a £4 discount is applicable for the entire duration of the deal.

As an added bonus, a free BT home hub is also thrown into the mix, helping customers save a further £89.99.

In other BT news, the firm has announced that customers deciding to switch broadband providers are to be charged lower cancellation fees.

Media regulator Ofcom recently ruled that some customers are paying 85 per cent too much when migrating to a new ISP.
